LOADING PROCEDURE
1.Preparations before loading:make clear the condition of goods, such as model, quantity, color, special requirements, etc
2.After the container arrives, the first thing to do is to check whether the truck number and the container number are consistent with the loading list. Check whether the container is in good condition. Pay special attention to the repair areas and take clear pictures for the background.
3.Check whether the model number (including size, color, etc.) on the package is consistent with the model number on the loading list. Carefully check whether the quantity of goods is consistent with the quantity on the loading list, especially pay attention to a set of separate packages of goods.
4.At the same time of loading,we should always pay attention to whether the packing materials are damaged or not, and whether the goods are damaged (open the carton for inspection). If any damage is found, it must be replaced immediately.
5.If there is a replacement, be sure to take a photo.
6.Be sure to be clear about the special requirements, the container of goods for different countries, there are some different requirements.
7.After loading the container, take pictures of the whole goods at the door with the door open.Then take other pictures for the door with the container number.
8.Check whether the seal number is consistent with the loading list and take a picture. Close the door and lock the seal, then take a picture of the whole container door.
9.Deliver the detailed records of loading and the loading photos and receiving to related business colleagues.
